If you would like to enroll in the Retreat but it has been sold out, please send an email to snowymtnart@gmail.com and you will be put on a waiting list.
Enrollment in each class is limited and filled on a first-paid basis. Registration is confirmed only after receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation notice from us after registering with your deposit and again with full payment. The Retreat size is limited so register early.

Rise and Shine yoga classes every morning

World class art instruction and all supplies required for the
classes (No need to bring anything except personal favorites - A
recommended list will be provided at registration)
All Vee Bar ranch activities - including cowboy campfires,

Chauffeured afternoon field trip to the Snowy Range Mountains
for nature inspiration photography hike (wildflowers, glacier lakes and

If you withdraw from the Art Retreat:
Before April 30, 2012 you will receive a full refund of the deposit or full tuition paid.
Between April 30, 2012 and May 25, 2012 you will receive a partial refund, less $300 the non-refundable portion of your deposit.
After May 25, 2012 there will be no refunds.Because of limited workshop size, purchased spots for all workshops are transferable but payment is non-refundable. If you register for the Retreat and are unable to attend, and if there is a waiting list of students that has formed, we will put you in contact with the first person on the list to whom you can offer your Retreat spot. If the person on the list accepts, then that person will need to pay you for your spot and once that transaction is complete and both parties are satisfied, we will transfer your spot to the other person. If you are unable to attend and there is no waiting list, we will unfortunately be unable to provide refunds.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Snowy Mountain Art Workshops reserves the right to cancel the Art Retreat if it does not meet minimum workshop size. Notification will be made no later than one month before the Retreat starts (August 9, 2012) and a full refund will be issued.
Hotel and travel cancellations are NOT the responsibility of the Snowy Mountain Art Workshop.
The participant agrees and acknowledges that the Event may be canceled due to acts of God, strikes, fires, floods, explosions, acts of war, civil disorders, acts of government agencies or authorities, other enemy action, illness, or other causes beyond Snowy Mountain Art Workshop’s reasonable control. If the Event is canceled due to such a cause, the participant agrees and acknowledges that no refund of any portion of the payment for the Event shall be made and the Snowy Mountain Art Workshop shall have no liability whatsoever to the participant. If the earth is still standing after all of that, we would definitely try to reschedule!
